Terms of Service

1.1 "Ant Cloud" refers to Shenzhen Ant Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates.

1.2 "Services" refers to all products and services provided by Ant Cloud through websites, applications, or other means, including but not limited to Learning NEXT (AI-powered personalized learning platform), Invoice Analyzer, Net Vault (relationship management tool), etc.

1.3 "User" or "You" refers to individuals or organizations who register, log in, or use Ant Cloud services.

1.4 "Content" refers to any information provided, uploaded, transmitted, or displayed through the services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, software, code, etc.

2.1 Ant Cloud is committed to providing intelligent products and services to users through AI technology, helping users work and live more efficiently.

2.2 Our services may include:

• Personalized content recommendation and generation services based on AI large models
• Learning resource integration and course customization services
• Data analysis and intelligent processing services
• Other products and features we launch from time to time

2.3 Specific service content is subject to the actual descriptions on each product page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate any service features at any time.

3.1 You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering an account, and update it promptly when information changes.

3.2 You should properly safeguard your account information and password, and be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3.3 If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

3.4 We have the right to suspend or restrict account use when we detect security risks.

4.1 You agree to use our services in accordance with laws, regulations, and this Agreement, and shall not:

• Violate national laws and regulations, public order and morals, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others
• Publish or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services or attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use services for any illegal or unauthorized commercial activities
• Copy, modify, resell services or any content therein

4.2 For violations of the above provisions, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, suspension, or termination of services.

5.1 All intellectual property rights in Ant Cloud services (including but not limited to software, code, interface design, text, images, videos) belong to Ant Cloud or relevant rights holders.

5.2 Without prior written consent from us or relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the above content in any form.

5.3 For content you upload or publish while using the services, you retain its intellectual property rights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to provide, improve, and promote the services.

6.1 We value your privacy protection. Personal information you provide when using services will be collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Please read our Privacy Policy in detail to understand how we handle your personal information.

7.1 We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate services (or any part of services) at any time for any reason without notice.

7.2 If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate or restrict your account and usage rights without assuming any liability.

7.3 You may stop using our services or cancel your account at any time.

8.1 Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

8.2 Our services may contain AI-generated content. Although we strive to ensure content accuracy, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is completely accurate or applicable in all situations. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify relevant information.

8.3 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use services.

8.4 We are not liable for service interruptions or issues caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

9.1 The execution, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of Ant Cloud.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published in the services, and your continued use of services indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ant Cloud regarding the use of services.
